Just Waves Co. Return Policy

At Just Waves Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items (only regular-priced items can be refunded)

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

• We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@justwavesco.com.

Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
